Once you've composed your sequence emails, the next step is configuring when they'll be sent. You control both the timing of each individual email and the overall sending window for the sequence.
Set the send time for each email
At the top of the email builder, use the Send this email box to choose when each step is sent. You have two options:
On activation - the email sends as soon as the sequence goes live.
Custom timing - send the email a set number of days after the previous step.
Lusha's AI pre-fills recommended gap times between emails. Adjust these as needed, then click Save.
💡 Note: You can edit any email in an active sequence at any time, including messages directed at specific contacts.
Set up the sequence sending window
The sequence schedule controls which days and times emails are sent. Choose your sending days, time range, and time zone.
💡 Note: Each sequence supports one time zone only. If your contacts are in multiple time zones, create separate sequences for each region.
Email intervals (e.g., "every 3 days") only count days within your selected sending window. Days outside the window are skipped.
Once your schedule is set, click Review and activate to launch your sequence.
