Upload CSV to a new sequence

  1. When creating a new sequence, in the ā€œAdd Contactsā€ step, select the option to upload a CSV file.

5. Your contacts are now added to the sequence.

Upload CSV to an existing sequence

Select a Sequence: From Engageā€™s main screen, select your desired sequence and enter the contacts section.

1. For a Sequence without contacts: Choose the CSV upload option, then follow the steps above.

2. For a sequence with contacts: Click on the Add Contacts button, choose Import from CSV, and follow the same instructions.

šŸ’” Note: Each sequence is limited to 500 contacts. You may need to divide larger lists into multiple sequences if needed.
