Learn how to add Lusha contact and company data directly to your Clay tables to automate your prospecting.
Lusha enrichments allow you to add deep professional and firmographic data to rows that already exist in your Clay columns. By mapping an identifier like a LinkedIn URL or company domain, you can automatically pull in phone numbers, emails, and growth signals without leaving your workspace.
Prerequisites:
An active Clay account.
A Lusha API key (required for Enrich person and Enrich company).
How to Add Lusha Enrichments to a Table
Open your table in Clay and click + Add column in the toolbar.
Type "Lusha" in the search bar of the tools panel.
Select the enrichment you want to use (e.g., Enrich person or Find company news signal) to open the configuration panel.
Map the required input field from your table, such as Email, LinkedIn URL, or Company Domain.
Click Save and Run to begin enriching your rows.
Understanding Your Results
Once the enrichment runs, Lusha will return data based on the tool you selected:
Person Enrichments: Returns job titles, seniority, departments, and verified contact details.
Company Enrichments: Returns firmographic data like employee count, founded year, and company type.
Signal Enrichments: Returns dynamic data including website traffic trends, IT spend estimates, headcount growth, and recent news.
π‘ Note: Credit usage depends on the tool. Enrich person and Enrich company deduct from your Lusha plan credits. All signal enrichments and lookalikes use Clay credits.
Best Practices for Scaling
Test first: Run the enrichment on 10β20 rows before processing your entire table to validate the output and credit cost.
Check balances: You can view your Lusha credits in your Lusha account and Clay credits in the top-right corner of the Clay interface.
Use filters: Apply filters to your table to run enrichments only on specific rows that meet your criteria to save credits.
