How recommendations are generated
Recommendations are built from four dimensions of context:
Your ICP Hub configuration — the Target Profiles you've defined, including account criteria, persona criteria, and exclusion rules.
Your usage history — the contacts you've searched for and revealed in Lusha.
Your integrated systems — CRM data from Salesforce or HubSpot, if connected.
Signals — job changes, intent data, hiring growth, promotions, and other buying indicators.
All four feed a single ranked, transparent list. The more precisely you configure ICP Hub, the more accurately your recommendations reflect your real targets.
Key concepts
ICP fit score — how closely a lead matches your defined Target Profile criteria.
Signal score — how much buying activity is happening around the lead (new role, promotion, intent, hiring growth, CRM match).
Signals column — shows exactly why each lead surfaced, so you can act with confidence.
Lusha generated — if you haven't configured ICP Hub yet, recommendations are based on your account history. Once you set up a Target Profile, your feed shifts to reflect your defined targets.
Who controls recommendations
Any user can configure their own Target Profile in ICP Hub. Admins can also share profiles with the entire team — so every rep, including new starters, gets a relevant feed from day one. Changes to ICP Hub reflect in recommendations within minutes.
