Overview
Do Not Call services were created to prevent calls from unsolicited telemarketers to a home or cell phone number for those who requested to avoid them. Cold calling a phone number on a DNC list may result in a fine of several thousand dollars per call.
This allows you to prospect for desired leads and know if they are registered in the applicable DNC list without having to manually check or use third-party vendors.

Use cases
Lusha customers must ensure that they comply with the requirements of the CTPS (Corporate Telephone Preference Service), TPS (Telephone Preference Service) in the UK, and DNC in the US while conducting direct marketing activities via phone calls.
How to enable the Do Not Call feature
Upon enabling the feature, prospects whose phone numbers are registered in any DNC list will have their phone number hidden from search results in the Prospect Search, Lusha Extension, Lusha lists, and within CSV enrichment.
💡 You must be a Lusha admin to activate the DNC feature.
Log in to your Lusha dashboard and click on your name in the top-right corner.
Select Account & Settings from the dropdown and enter the Privacy environment.
In the Do Not Call List box, click on the Select Countries to Hide dropdown. This will allow you to choose the country on the DNC list.
Upon selection, contacts in the DNC list will have their contact details hidden in the search results.
How DNC numbers appear in Lusha
Hidden DNC numbers will not be visible in search results, the Lusha Extension, Lusha lists, or CSV enrichment.
However, if there are other data points such as email and mobile numbers, you can reveal the contact details without the DNC phone number.
