The Do Not Call (DNC) feature hides phone numbers registered on national do-not-call lists from your Lusha search results, extension, lists, and CSV enrichment. This helps you stay compliant with direct marketing regulations in the UK and US.

πŸ’‘ Note: This feature is available on Scale plans only. You must be a Lusha Admin to enable it.

⚠️ Important: Calling a number registered on a DNC list may result in significant fines. Always ensure compliance with applicable regulations before conducting phone outreach.

How to enable the DNC feature

  1. Log in to your Lusha dashboard and click your name in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Account & Settings β†’ Privacy.

  3. In the Do Not Call List section, click the Select countries to hide dropdown.

  4. Select the countries whose DNC lists you want to apply.

Once enabled, phone numbers on the selected DNC lists will be hidden across Lusha. If a contact has other data points (email, mobile), those will still be visible.
