Tags let you categorise and organise your contacts in Lusha. You can tag contacts from Lusha Search, the extension, or your contact lists, and filter by tag to find the right prospects quickly.

πŸ’‘ Note: Admins can manage all tags in the account. Users can only manage their own tags but can view and use tags created by others.

Adding tags in Lusha Search

  1. Go to Prospect Search and reveal the contacts you want to tag.

  2. Select the contacts (up to 150 at once), then click Tags in the action bar.

  3. Choose an existing tag or type a new name and click Create tag.

  4. Click Apply.

Adding tags from the Lusha extension

  1. Open the extension and reveal a contact.

  2. Click + Add tags.

  3. Choose an existing tag or create a new one, then click Apply.

To remove a tag, click on the tag to open the tag box, deselect it, and click Apply.

Adding tags from Contact Lists

  1. Go to Contact Lists and open a list.

  2. Select the contacts you want to tag.

  3. Click the three-dot menu (…) in the action panel and select Tag contact.

4. Choose or create tags, then click Apply.

Filtering contacts by tag

Go to your All Contacts list or any contact list, click the Tags filter, and select the tags you want. The list updates automatically.

Exporting tags to your CRM

To sync tags to your CRM, go to your integration's Field Mapping settings and map the Contact Tags (String) field in Lusha to a corresponding string field in your CRM. Tags will then export automatically with the contact's data.

Managing tags

Go to the Tag Management tab in your account settings to create, edit, or delete tags for your entire account.

You're all set β€” tags help you stay organised and find the right contacts faster.
