Contact Tables

How to create, manage, search, and export your contact tables in Lusha. Tables is the new name for Contact Lists — everything works exactly the same.

Written by Hila

💡 Tables is the new name for Lists. If you use the Lusha extension or prospecting platform, nothing has changed — your contacts are now saved to Tables instead of Lists. All features work exactly the same way. Learn more.

Tables let you save and organise revealed contacts into named groups, making it easy to manage your pipeline and prioritise outreach. Tables live in the left-hand navigation panel.

How to create a table and save contacts

From Lusha Search

  1. Go to Prospect Search in the left navigation.

  2. Click Show details on the contacts you want to save.

  3. Click Table, then choose an existing table or enter a new table name.

  4. Set the visibility: Public (visible and editable by all team members) or Private (visible only to you and Admins).

  5. Click Save.

Bulk saving contacts

  1. In Prospect Search, tick the checkboxes next to the contacts you want.

  2. Click Add to table.

  3. Select an existing table or create a new one.

For large saves you'll receive an email confirmation. Find your tables at any time from the left navigation panel under Tables.

Bulk save limits by plan — Free: 25, Pro: 5,000, Premium: 5,000, Scale: 10,000 contacts at a time.

💡 Note: You can save contacts to multiple tables. Tag updates apply across all tables the contact belongs to. Adding a contact to a second table creates a copy — it does not remove them from the original.

Saving contacts without revealing them

You can add contacts to a table before revealing their details. This saves credits until you're ready to engage. Select the contacts and click Add to table — no reveal required.

💡 Note: Saving unrevealed contacts does not use any credits. This feature is only available in Lusha Search.

Actions you can take from a table

  • Add to another table — copy contacts to a different table

  • Export to CRM — up to 150 contacts to Salesforce, 100 to HubSpot, 25 to other CRMs

  • Add to sequence — enrol contacts in a Lusha Engage sequence

  • Export to CSV — download selected contacts as a file

Exporting your table

Export selected contacts

  1. Tick the boxes next to the contacts you want (up to 150 at a time).

  2. Click Export to CSV. The file downloads immediately.

Export the entire table

  1. In the left panel, hover over the table name.

  2. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu and select Export to CSV.

  3. A download link will be emailed to you and stays active for 24 hours.

💡 Note: When exporting your CSV, you will have the option to include unshown contacts from your table.

Searching and filtering your tables

Use the search bar at the top of the Tables panel to find a table by name. Use the filter icon to show only your own tables.

Inside a table, use the search bar to find contacts by name. Use the filters to narrow by reveal status (Shown / Unshown), time added, or tag.

Managing your tables

Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to any table to rename, archive, delete, or export it.

💡 Note: Tables not used in the past 3 months are archived automatically. Use the menu to access archived tables.

The All Contacts table

The All Contacts table includes every contact for which you've clicked Show details, even if they haven't been saved to a specific table. It shows the contact name, data points revealed, company name, who revealed the contact, and any tags or tables they belong to.
