Moving from Classic Lists to Workspaces

We are upgrading the way you organize your data by moving from classic lists to Workspace Tables. This change provides a more flexible, table-based interface for managing your prospects and introduces AI-driven intelligence to your workflow. In this article, you’ll learn what to expect during this transition and how Lusha's AI helps you grow your pipeline automatically.

This transition applies to all Lusha plans: Existing Free, Pro, Premium, and specific Scale accounts. All accounts will be fully transitioned to the new table-based system by March 30, 2026.

The Power of AI in Your Workspace

Moving to Workspace Tables isn't just a design update- it's a move toward smarter prospecting. Your tables now act as a living data source for Lusha’s AI.

  • Pattern Recognition: As you save contacts to a table, Lusha’s AI analyzes the common traits of your prospects (such as industry, seniority, and company size).

  • Smart Recommendations: Based on the data in your tables, the AI surfaces "lookalike" leads- high-potential prospects that match your successful patterns.

  • Continuous Learning: The more you reveal and save to your Workspace Tables, the smarter the recommendations become, effectively building a self-growing pipeline.

Key changes to your workflow

  • Automatic Transition: Any action you take on a classic list- such as opening it or saving a new contact- will automatically trigger a migration to a Workspace Table.

  • Consolidated View: Instead of navigating through separate menus for contacts and companies, you will now access all saved data through your Workspaces.

  • Table Entry Points: You can now create and access new tables directly from a dedicated entry point in your main navigation bar.

How it works

When you reveal a contact in the Prospecting Platform, the Lusha Extension, or on a Company Page, the Save action will now prompt you to select or create a Workspace Table.

  • Saving Data: When you click Save, your contacts are instantly added to your table.

  • Viewing Employees: If you click to view employees from a company table, Lusha will now show those results within a filtered table view rather than redirecting you back to the general Prospecting page.

  • Automations: Your existing active automations will continue to run.

💡 Note: While you can still manage your current active automations, the ability to create new automations is temporarily blocked during this transition period.

Feature Adjustments

To improve performance within the new table structure, some legacy features have been adjusted:

  • Enhanced CSV Exports: When you export from a Workspace Table, the CSV will now contain all available data columns- significantly more than the classic list export. The shown columns in the workspace will be the ones that will be exported. Learn how to adjust the columns here.

💡 Note: If you require the original, simplified export format, you can still access it by clicking the three dots (⋮) next to the Table name and selecting the legacy export option.

  • Tags: Tags used in classic lists are not supported in Workspace Tables. We recommend using table filters to organize and segment your data.

  • All Companies: The All Companies tab in the navigation bar has been removed. You can now find all your saved company data directly within your dedicated tables.
