When a contact's out-of-office auto-reply is detected, Lusha Engage automatically pauses that contact in the sequence. This prevents your emails from landing while they're away. You can resume the sequence once they're back.
How to find paused contacts
View by sequence
Go to the Engage dashboard. Sequences with paused contacts show an orange clock icon.
Click the sequence with the orange clock icon.
Go to the Contacts tab.
Under the Paused filter, select Auto-replied.
View affected emails
Click on the sequence with the orange clock icon.
Go to the Emails tab.
Filter by Auto-Replied.
Look for the orange Auto-Replied tag next to the affected messages.
How to resume a paused contact
Check the contact's return date from the auto-reply email in your mailbox.
On the day they're back, go to the Contacts tab in the relevant sequence.
Tick the box next to the contact's name.
Click Activate to resume email sending to that contact immediately.
You're all set β the contact's sequence will continue from where it left off.
