Contact ownership has been removed from Lusha Lists — every contact saved to a list is now visible to your whole team, regardless of who revealed it. Alongside this, List Permissions give you control over who can view and edit each list.
💡 Note: When a user leaves the account, their Private lists automatically become Public so the team doesn't lose access.
What changed
Contact ownership removed — contacts saved to any list are visible to your entire team, not just the person who revealed them.
List permissions added — each list now has a Private or Public setting. All lists are Private by default.
How to change permissions for an existing list
Go to Your Lists in the left sidebar.
Click the three dots (...) next to the list.
Toggle Make list public on or off.
For Legacy Scale users (Classic lists)
Go to Your Lists and open any list.
Click the lock icon at the top right, next to the list name.
3. In the List permissions pop-up, choose Private or Public.
💡 Note: If someone gets a link to your Private list, they won't be able to see it. Your privacy always comes first.
