💡 Tables is the new name for Lists. If you use the Lusha extension or prospecting platform, nothing has changed — your contacts are now saved to Tables instead of Lists. All features work exactly the same way. Learn more.
Contact ownership has been removed from Lusha Tables — every contact saved to a table is now visible to your whole team, regardless of who revealed it. Alongside this, table permissions give you control over who can view and edit each table.
💡 Note: When a user leaves the account, their Private tables automatically become Public so the team doesn't lose access.
What changed
Contact ownership removed — contacts saved to any table are visible to your entire team, not just the person who revealed them.
Table permissions added — each table now has a Private or Public setting. All tables are Private by default.
How to change permissions for an existing table
Go to Your Tables in the left sidebar.
Click the three dots (...) next to the table.
Toggle Make table public on or off.
For Legacy Scale users (Classic lists)
Go to Your Tables and open any table.
Click the lock icon at the top right, next to the table name.
3. In the table permissions pop-up, choose Private or Public.
💡 Note: If someone gets a link to your Private table, they won't be able to see it. Your privacy always comes first.
How to set permissions when creating a new table
Via Workspace
Select the contacts you want to save.
Click + Table in the top panel.
3. Click Create new table.
