Lusha’s Analytics Dashboard has been redesigned to give you clearer, deeper insights into how you and your team use the platform—so you can make smarter, data-backed decisions.
Whether you're an admin tracking team performance or a user looking to stay focused and productive, Analytics 3.0 puts the most important usage data at your fingertips.
You can access the Analytics Dashboard from the main navigation bar inside the Lusha web app. Look for “Analytics” under your account tools.

🔍 What Can You Track?
Analytics 3.0 includes detailed metrics across key areas of usage:
For All Users (Admins and Individual Users)
Credits Used: See how many credits you’ve spent during a selected time period.
Contacts & Companies Revealed: Track the total number of contacts and companies you've accessed.
Contacts Saved: View how many contacts were saved to CRM or to lists.
ICP Breakdown: Visual pie chart showing the top industries, locations, and job titles of your revealed contacts.
Credit Usage Graph: Analyze usage by day, week, month, or quarter—up to 2 years back.
Source Breakdown: Understand which Lusha features (e.g., Chrome Extension, Lists, LinkedIn) drive the most activity.
Export Options: Export usage reports per view and timeframe directly to CSV.
For Admins & Managers (Team-Level View)
In addition to personal usage, admins and managers can see full team analytics:
Team Engagement Widget: Instantly identify top users and spot inactive accounts to optimize seat usage.
User-Level Activity: A clear breakdown of each team member’s credit use, exports, enrichments, and more.
Side Panel Visualizations: See user-level data in easy-to-read pie charts and graphs.
Feature Usage Insights: Understand how your team uses specific Lusha features- such as CRM exports, job change alerts, or sequences.

How it works?
Filters at the Top
Easily control what you’re seeing:
Time Range – You can now analyze data across custom date ranges up to 2 years, with multiple granularity options: Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly views.
Quick toggles to zoom in on recent trends or analyze long-term patterns
User View – Switch between your own activity or your full team (admins only)
Group View – Filter by teams or departments (if groups are defined in your account)
Contacts / Companies Revealed
See the total number of contacts / companies where at least one data point (e.g., email or phone) was revealed.
This gives you a quick sense of your prospecting volume.
Saved Contacts
Track how many of your revealed contacts were actually saved to CRM or to a non-default list in Lusha. A great way to understand how much of your activity turned into pipeline-ready leads.
Credit Usage
Visualize how your credits are being used over time. The chart supports multiple granularities—daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly—and includes:
Team Engagement (Relevant for admins Only)
See who’s most active on your team. This widget helps you:
Identify top users
Spot underused seats
Understand adoption across features like CRM export, enrichment, job changes, and alerts
You can filter by:
Credits - Number of credits that have been used
Intent - Credits used when an Intent filter is applied
Export - Number of CSV exports
Job changes - Credits used when a job change filter is applied
Sequences - Number of Sequences created
Enrichment - Number of contacts enriched in CSV
Alerts - Number of alerts created
Revealed Contacts – Top Parameters
Understand who you’re reaching by visualizing the top job titles, locations, and industries of the contacts you've revealed.
This pie chart shows the top 50 values, giving you insight into how well your outreach aligns with your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
📥 Need a Report?
All graph views (Credit usage & Team Engagement) now include export functionality. Choose your filters (user, timeframe, and source), and download your data as a CSV file by clicking the export button at each graph.
You can also export a Usage Report with all account details, including the user list, by clicking the “Usage Report” button in the top-right corner of your screen.
The report also includes:
