Standard credits vs. Workspace credits
Standard Lusha credits are consumed when you reveal a contact's phone or email. Workspace adds new credit events tied to enrichment, AI features, and exports.

Key things to know
AI Data enrichment charges per cell. A row with 3 AI Data columns costs 3 credits to enrich — not 1.
Signals enrichment only charges for populated cells. If no signal is detected for a row, that cell is free.
CSV export credits are separate from reveal credits. Exporting a list you've already revealed still costs 1 credit per 25 rows.
AI chat prompts are grouped. Every 5 prompts cost 1 credit. Exploring and refining is intentionally low-cost.
