Lusha can automatically send usage reports to you and your team on a regular schedule. This helps Admins and Managers track credit consumption, team activity, and seat usage without manually checking the Analytics dashboard.
💡 Note: Automated usage reports are configured in Account Settings → Report settings tab. This tab is available to Admins only.
How to set up automated usage reports
Go to Account Settings (/account) → Report settings tab.
Toggle Automated usage reports to On.
Select your preferred frequency:
Weekly - sent on Mondays, covering the previous Mon–Fri
Monthly - sent on the 1st of each month, covering the previous month
Enter up to 5 recipient email addresses.
Changes save automatically.
Once enabled, the first report will be sent at the next scheduled cycle.
⚠️ Important: Recipient email addresses do not need to be Lusha users. Anyone you add will receive the report, so make sure you only add intended recipients.
Your team will now receive regular usage reports automatically — no manual pulls needed.
