After you save a Workspace table, you're not locked into the original results. You can grow your table at any time by adding new contacts manually through filters or by letting Lusha's AI suggest lookalike prospects.
How to add contacts
Open any saved Workspace table. At the bottom-left of the table, click Add contacts. A menu appears with two options:
1. Add similar contacts (AI-powered)
2. Add from search / filters (applies your existing criteria to find more matches)
Option 1: Add similar contacts (AI recommendations)
This is Lusha's AI lookalike feature. When you select Add similar contacts, Workspace analyzes the contacts already in your table — looking at patterns like industry, seniority level, company size, geography, and department — and surfaces 5 new prospects that closely match your existing table profile.
How it works:
Lusha scans your table daily and generates a fresh batch of 5 suggestions based on your saved contacts
The suggestions appear as a preview you can review before accepting
If you don't like the suggestions, click Regenerate to get a new set of 5
Once you're happy, click to add them to your table
Web data enrichment and signals become available after you save
When to use it: This feature is best when you have an established ICP already reflected in your table and you want to continuously grow it with similar-quality prospects without re-doing your search from scratch.
Option 2: Build from chat or filters
You can also use the AI chat panel on the left side of any saved table to describe additional contacts you want to add. Type a follow-up message like:
"Add 50 more contacts from the healthcare industry"
"Find me contacts similar to the ones already in this table but in Canada"
The AI will update the table with additional matching results.
AI recommendations on the homepage
In addition to the "Add contacts" button inside tables, Workspace also surfaces recommendations on your home screen under "Recommended leads tailored just for you." These are auto-generated daily based on your overall prospecting activity across all tables.
To use them: Click View all on any recommendation card. This opens a temporary table with up to 75 contacts or companies.
You can explore, add enrichment columns, and sort or filter the results before saving.
Click "Save first X contacts" (options: 25, 50, or 75) to convert the temporary table into a permanent one. The saved table will be named "[Recommendation name] — [Date]" automatically.
Tips
The more contacts you save across your tables, the smarter the AI recommendations become — Workspace learns from your prospecting patterns over time
"Add similar contacts" works best on tables with at least 25–50 saved contacts for the AI to detect meaningful patterns
You can run "Add similar contacts" multiple times on the same table on different days to keep a table growing over time
