Why was my account suspended?

Lusha uses an automated fraud detection and compliance system that monitors accounts for suspicious activity. In some cases, accounts may be suspended immediately after signup — even before you've had a chance to log in — if our system flags your account or domain as a potential risk.

Common reasons for suspension include:

  • Blocked or flagged domain — Your email domain has been flagged by our compliance system as potentially non-compliant or associated with suspicious activity.

  • Suspicious signup patterns — Our system detected unusual behavior during the registration process.

  • Compliance policy violation — Your account or domain does not meet Lusha's acceptable use requirements.

What should I do if my account is suspended?

If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact our support team and provide the following information so we can review your case:

  • Your Lusha account email address

  • Your company's website URL

  • Your company's LinkedIn page URL

  • A brief description of how you intend to use Lusha

Our compliance team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

How long does the review take?

Our team typically reviews suspension appeals within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email at your registered address once a decision has been made.

Can I prevent my account from being suspended?

To minimize the risk of suspension:

  • Sign up using a valid business email address associated with a legitimate company.

  • Ensure your company domain is publicly verifiable (e.g., has an active website and LinkedIn presence).

  • Use Lusha in accordance with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

I just signed up and was immediately suspended

This can happen when our automated system flags your email domain before you've completed onboarding. This does not necessarily mean you've done anything wrong — it may simply be that your domain is not yet recognized in our system.

Please reach out to our support team with your details and we'll get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
