When a payment is declined, your account may be suspended until the issue is resolved. This article covers the most common reasons for declined payments and how to fix each one.

Insufficient funds
Your card doesn't have enough funds to cover the charge. Add funds to the card or try a different payment method.
Transaction not allowed
Your card issuer has declined the transaction. This can happen if the card isn't enabled for purchases in USD β all Lusha plans are charged in USD. Contact your card issuer for details, or try a different payment method.
Do not honor
Your card issuer declined without providing a reason. Contact your issuer for more information or try a different card. Retrying may succeed.
Try again later / failed due to technical issue
This is a generic error. Try again later or use a different card.
Incorrect number
The card number, expiry date, or CVV were entered incorrectly. Try again with the correct details.
High risk / excessive retries
The same card has been used more than 15 times and is temporarily blocked by our payment processor. Try a different card, or wait at least 30 days before attempting with the same card again.
