As an Admin or Manager, you can see exactly how many credits each team member has used — broken down by user, feature, and credit type. This helps you track spending, spot unusually high usage, and decide whether to adjust credit limits.
💡 Note: Viewing team credit usage requires an Admin or Manager role. Available on Pro, Premium, and Scale plans.
Option 1: View usage in Analytics
The Analytics dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of your team's credit usage for the current billing cycle.
Click your name in the top-right corner and select Analytics.
The top of the page shows your team's total credits, credits used, and credits remaining.
Scroll down to the Usage by team member table to see a per-user breakdown.
Use the date range selector to filter by a specific period within the current cycle.
💡 Note: The Analytics dashboard shows data for the current billing cycle only. To view usage across past billing periods, use Option 2 to export a report.
Option 2: Export a Usage Report
For a full breakdown — by user, group, and credit type — you can export a CSV report.
Click your name in the top-right corner and go to Account & Settings.
Select the Analytics tab.
Click Usage Report.
The report downloads as a CSV file showing each team member's credit consumption broken down by feature (Platform, Extension, API, Workspace).
Option 3: Set up automated usage reports
Schedule a recurring usage report to be sent to your inbox — useful for monthly billing reviews or team check-ins.
Go to Account & Settings → Reports.
Click Set Up Automated Report.
Choose your frequency (weekly or monthly) and enter the recipient email address.
Click Save.
💡 Note: Automated reports are sent at the end of each billing cycle. If you need a mid-cycle snapshot, use the manual export in Option 2.
