The CRM Import feature lets you bring existing records from your Salesforce account directly into a Workspace table, enrich them with Lusha's verified contact data and AI insights, and push them back β closing the loop on your data hygiene without leaving Lusha.
π‘ Currently supported CRM: Salesforce (production and sandbox). HubSpot import is coming soon.
Prerequisites
Before you can import, make sure:
Your Salesforce account is connected under Integrations in the top navigation bar
Your integration settings allow Lusha to read Salesforce records
You have access to the Salesforce reports or objects you want to import
How to start a CRM import
There are two entry points:
From the homepage: Click Import from CRM below the AI chat input on the home screen.
From the "+" button in Recents: Click the + button in the Recents section on the homepage, then select Import from CRM.
Choose your import method
After clicking Import from CRM, you'll choose between two methods:
Method 1: Salesforce Report
Import directly from a saved Salesforce report. Select from the list of reports available in your Salesforce account. This is the fastest method if you already have reports defined in Salesforce β for example, a "Q2 Target Accounts" report or a "Leads from last 30 days" report.
Maximum filters: 5
Best for: pre-defined segments you already manage in Salesforce
Method 2: Objects & Fields
Build a custom query within Lusha by selecting a Salesforce object type and the fields you want to pull. Available objects: Contact, Lead, or Account.
Maximum filters: 25
Best for: custom queries that don't have a matching report in Salesforce; pulling specific field combinations
Add filters (optional)
Regardless of method, you can apply filters to narrow down the records before importing. This is useful for reducing the import size or targeting a specific segment (e.g., only accounts in a particular region or leads above a certain lead score).
Preview your import
Before committing, Lusha shows up to 25 sample rows from your Salesforce selection. Review these rows to confirm the records match what you intended to import. If the preview looks right, click Insert to table to complete the import.
Row limit: Up to 10,000 rows can be imported per table.
What happens after import
Once imported, your CRM records appear as a Workspace table. The table will contain the fields pulled from Salesforce plus Lusha's standard columns. From here you can:
Enrich β Add Lusha contact data (emails, phone numbers) or AI data columns to supplement your CRM records
Add Signals β Layer in real-time behavioral signals to prioritize which imported accounts to call first
Export back to CRM β Select contacts and click the CRM button in the toolbar to push enriched data back to Salesforce
Export to CSV β Download the enriched table for use in other tools
Tips
Use "Objects & Fields" with the Lead object to enrich unqualified leads in bulk before passing them to sales
Import an Account list, add the "Headcount increase" signal, and filter to show only growing accounts β an effective account prioritization play
CRM columns (from the Add enrichment β CRM tab) are free and let you bring additional Salesforce field values into the table view alongside Lusha data
FAQs
Can I import from HubSpot?
Not yet. Salesforce (production and sandbox environments) is supported today. Additional CRM integrations are in progress.
Will imported records overwrite my Salesforce data?
No. Importing brings Salesforce data into Lusha for enrichment. Pushing data back to Salesforce only occurs when you explicitly click the CRM export button.
What if my import returns more than 10,000 records?
The import will be limited to 10,000 rows. Apply filters to narrow your Salesforce selection before importing to stay within the limit.
