Deal View in Lusha Conversations

Understand how the Deal View link in Lusha Conversations connects your recorded meetings to Salesforce opportunities.

The View deal link in your Conversations meeting list connects each recorded meeting to its corresponding Salesforce opportunity. Instead of switching between tools to cross-reference a call and its deal, you can click View deal directly from the meeting row to open the linked Salesforce opportunity in a new tab.

Where to find Deal View

Go to Conversations (/ci/meetings). In the meetings table, look for the View deal link in the meeting row. If a Salesforce opportunity is matched to that meeting, the link will be active. Clicking it opens the opportunity directly in Salesforce.

How meeting-to-deal matching works

Lusha matches a meeting to a Salesforce opportunity based on the email addresses of the meeting participants. If participants are contacts associated with a Salesforce account that has an open opportunity, Lusha surfaces the View deal link for that meeting.

If no match is found, the Deal View column will be empty for that meeting.

  • Your Salesforce integration must be connected and active.

  • The meeting participants must be contacts associated with a Salesforce opportunity.

Troubleshooting

View deal link not appearing

If the View deal link is missing for a meeting, work through these checks:

  1. Confirm your Salesforce integration is connected and active in Settings β†’ Integrations.

  2. Check that the meeting participants' email addresses exist as contacts in Salesforce and are associated with an account that has an open opportunity.

  3. If participants were added to Salesforce after the meeting was recorded, the match may not appear automatically. Try re-opening the meeting from your Conversations list to refresh the match.
