Lusha Conversations is an AI-powered meeting assistant that automatically records, transcribes, and analyzes your sales calls. It captures key discussion points, action items, and deal risks in a structured format β€” so you can prepare for your next touchpoint and stay focused on the conversation, without taking notes.

πŸ’‘ Note: Lusha Conversations is available on all plans. Each conversation recording costs 8 credits. For legacy Scale plans, credits are deducted from your Bulk Credits.

What you can do with Conversations

  • Meeting documentation β€” automatically record and summarise meetings, capturing action items and follow-ups while you stay engaged in the conversation.

  • Deal and pipeline visibility β€” track deal progression, monitor next steps, and identify objections and opportunities across all your meetings.

  • Data-driven coaching β€” access talk ratios, engagement metrics, and conversation insights to identify growth opportunities and coach your team using real meeting data.

  • CRM sync β€” recorded meetings automatically sync to Salesforce as Event activities, with summaries and action items populated in the event description.

Settings and customisation

Administrators have full control over which meetings are automatically recorded:

  • Record all meetings automatically, or external meetings only

  • Exclude specific meeting types (internal meetings, recurring sessions, etc.)

  • Skip meetings where you are not the host

Admins can also customise the recording bot's display name and the notification message shown to participants when recording begins β€” both available under Settings β†’ Bot Settings.

Managing recordings

  • Delete β€” Admin users can permanently remove meetings from the platform.

  • Export video β€” right-click any recording on the analysis page and select Save video.

  • Download transcript β€” access downloadable transcripts directly from the Transcript tab.

πŸ’‘ Note: All team members on your account can currently view recorded meetings and their analysis. Private recording options may be introduced in a future update.

Salesforce integration

Once your Salesforce integration is connected, recorded meetings automatically sync as Event activities. Meeting summaries, key insights, and action items are organised in designated fields within the event description.

πŸ’‘ Note: The integration is currently one-way β€” data flows from Lusha Conversations into Salesforce only. Updates made directly in Salesforce will not reflect back in your Conversations dashboard. Support for additional CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, and others) is in development.

Compliance and data protection

Lusha Conversations is covered by SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. Your recordings are never used to train AI models, and data is handled in line with GDPR and other leading data protection regulations.
