The Exclude Salesforce contacts feature prevents contacts and companies that already exist in your Salesforce account from being revealed during bulk show actions. This saves credits and keeps your lists clean.

πŸ’‘ Note: This feature requires the Salesforce integration to be set up. See Salesforce integration if you haven't connected it yet.

How to enable exclusion

  1. Go to Integrations and click Manage next to the Salesforce integration.

  2. Toggle on Excluding Salesforce objects.

When this toggle is on, any contact that already exists in Salesforce will be excluded from bulk reveal actions across your account. No credits are charged for excluded contacts.

πŸ’‘ Note: There is a daily Salesforce API quota for each account. Once the quota is reached, both the Salesforce indicator and the exclusion feature will be disabled until the next day when the quota resets. To set your API limit, go to Integrations β†’ Salesforce β†’ Manage β†’ API request limits.
