The Snippets Library is a shared team resource inside Lusha Conversations where you can save, browse, and replay short clips from recorded meetings.

Use it to capture moments worth keeping β€” a strong objection handle, a compelling discovery question, a powerful demo moment, or a prospect quote. Snippets give your whole team a searchable library of real examples to learn from.

How to access the Snippets Library

  1. Go to Conversations in the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the Snippets library tab at the top of the page.

What you can do in the Snippets Library

  • Browse all snippets saved across your team

  • Filter by Category or Sub-category

  • Search by snippet name using the search bar

  • See who created each snippet and when

  • Sort by creation date or number of views

How to create a snippet

Snippets are created from inside a Meeting Analysis page. You need at least one completed recorded meeting to get started.

  1. Open a recorded meeting from your Conversations list.

  2. In the transcript or playback, navigate to the moment you want to save.

  3. Select the clip you want to capture.

  4. Give the snippet a name, and assign a Category and Sub-category.

  5. Save the snippet.

The snippet is immediately added to the shared Snippets Library and is visible to all members of your Lusha account.

πŸ’‘ Note: Snippets are visible to everyone on your account. There is currently no option to create private snippets.

Now your team has a growing library of real-call examples to learn from.
