The Outlook integration connects your Microsoft account to Lusha. Once connected, you can send emails from your Lusha Engage sequences using your own Outlook address, and Lusha Conversations can sync with your Outlook Calendar to automatically record scheduled meetings.
π‘ Note: Connecting Outlook serves two purposes at once β email sending via Engage sequences, and calendar sync for Conversations auto-recording. You only need to connect once.
Before you start
You need a Microsoft 365 (work) or Outlook.com account.
You need at least User-level permissions in your Lusha account.
How to connect Outlook
Go to Integrations (/lusha-integrations) in the top navigation bar.
Under the Email Service category, click the Outlook card.
Click Connect.
A Microsoft authorization window will open. Sign in to the Microsoft account you want to connect.
Review the permissions Lusha is requesting and click Accept.
6. You'll return to the Integrations page and see Outlook listed as Connected.
Your Outlook address is now available as a sender in Engage β Sequences, and calendar sync is active for Conversations.
π‘ Note: You can also connect Outlook directly from within Engage settings. Both paths create the same connection.
β οΈ Important: Connecting Outlook grants Lusha permission to send emails on your behalf and to read your calendar events. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page by clicking the Outlook card and selecting Disconnect.
π‘ Note: If you receive an Outlook 5.1.8 error when sending sequences, see the troubleshooting guide for resolution steps.
You're all set! Your Outlook account is connected for both email sequences and meeting recording.
