As a Lusha Admin, you can upgrade your plan, add seats, or increase your monthly credits directly from your account settings. This guide covers how to upgrade, what happens to your billing, and how to handle downgrades.
How to access the pricing page
Click your initials in the top-right corner of your Lusha dashboard.
Go to Account & settings → Payments & Subscription.
Click Change Plan.
You'll be taken to the Lusha pricing page where you can select a new plan.
How upgrading works
When you upgrade to a higher plan (for example, from Pro to Premium, or from monthly to annual billing), Lusha automatically calculates a prorated credit based on the unused portion of your current plan. You'll only be charged the difference.
The checkout page will show a line item labelled Refund for unused plan reflecting this deduction.
⚠️ Important: Upgrading starts a new billing cycle from the date of the upgrade. Your previous credits do not roll over to the new plan.
How to add seats or credits
Go to the pricing page.
Select the total number of seats you want. Plans with fewer seats than your current plan are greyed out.
Complete the checkout - you'll only be charged for the additional seats or credits.
The total monthly charge will include your existing recurring amount plus the cost of the additional seat. Refer to your plan's pricing structure for specific details.
If you need a specific number of seats beyond the default allocation, you may need to switch to a new plan or upgrade to the Scale plan for more flexibility.
Seat limits by plan (In the current pricing version):
Starter: 1 seat
Pro: Includes 2 free seats (expandable up to 10).
Premium: Includes 5 free seats (expandable up to 25).
Scale: Unlimited seats
The number of seats in Pro and Premium plans is fixed and cannot be reduced. Pricing is determined by the total number of seats and credits, plus the features included in the plan.
💡 Note: Adding seats does not start a new billing cycle. Charges are not prorated - if you add seats mid-cycle, you'll be billed the full amount immediately, and seats will be added to your account right away. Any additional seats or credits purchased are permanently added to your base plan.

How to downgrade your plan
Downgrades must be processed by first cancelling your current plan's renewal:
Cancel your subscription renewal from Payments & Subscription.
At the end of your current billing cycle, your account will automatically move to the Free plan.
All stored credits will reset at that point.
Once on the Free plan, visit the pricing page to purchase a new plan.
How to move from a legacy plan to a new plan
Cancel your legacy subscription.
Your account will move to the Free plan.
Purchase a new plan from the pricing page.
⚠️ Important: Once you switch from a legacy plan to a new plan, you cannot return to the legacy plan. Make sure the new plan meets your needs before switching.
