When a Lusha subscription is cancelled or refunded, here's what happens to your credits, data, and account access.
What happens to your credits
All remaining credits are lost when a subscription is cancelled. Credits do not carry over.
If a refund is approved, your account is downgraded to the Free plan and all remaining credits are removed.
If you are in a refund process, do not use credits — using credits while a refund is pending will nullify the refund.
Credits reset at the start of each renewal cycle. Unused credits from the previous cycle are not carried forward.
What happens to your account and data
After cancellation or downgrade, your account becomes a Free plan.
Data collected while on a paid plan remains accessible on your free account.
If you re-subscribe
Your original subscription terms and pricing cannot be guaranteed if you subscribe again at a later date.
