When a Lusha subscription is cancelled, refunded, or downgraded, here's what happens to your credits, data, and account access.

What happens to your credits

  • All remaining credits are lost when a subscription is cancelled. Credits do not carry over.

  • If a refund is approved, your account is downgraded to the Free plan and all remaining credits are removed.

  • If you are in a refund process, do not use credits β€” using credits while a refund is pending will nullify the refund.

  • Credits reset at the start of each renewal cycle. Unused credits from the previous cycle are not carried forward.

What happens to your account and data

  • After cancellation or downgrade, your account becomes a Free plan.

  • Data collected while on a paid plan remains accessible on your free account.

What happens if you downgrade your plan

If you switch to a lower plan tier (for example, from Premium to Pro, or from Annual to Monthly), the following applies:

  • The downgrade takes effect at your next renewal date β€” you keep your current plan until then.

  • Any credits above the new plan's monthly allocation will be lost when the cycle resets.

  • If your current number of seats exceeds the new plan's seat limit, you must remove the excess members before the downgrade can take effect.

  • Features exclusive to your current plan (e.g., CSV enrichment on Scale) will no longer be available after the downgrade.

πŸ’‘ Note: To initiate a downgrade, contact Lusha Support via the chat icon in your dashboard or email [email protected]. Downgrades cannot be processed from within the dashboard.

Is monthly billing available?

Monthly billing is available on some Lusha plans. If you're currently on an annual plan and would prefer monthly payments, contact Lusha Support or speak with your Account Manager to discuss your options. Note that monthly plans are typically priced higher than the equivalent annual plan.

If you re-subscribe

  • Your original subscription terms and pricing cannot be guaranteed if you subscribe again at a later date.
